The Preliminary Round will follow two weeks later on Saturday, August 19th, 2023

Winning clubs in the quarter-final will receive a significant financial boost of £450,000 from the FA Cup prize fund. The quarter-final ties will be scheduled across the weekend of March 11th-12th, 2024.

The draw for the first round proper of the 2023-24 season's Emirates FA Cup was held on Sunday, November 5th, 2023, live on ITV1 for UK viewers.
